My Review of Shakeology

 

Hello everyone. So today I’d like to do a review on Shakeology

I’m sure many of you have heard of Shakeology.  For those of you who have not, it’s an all-natural shake thats derived from 70 whole food sources from all around the world.  It’s a very healthy shake that everyone can take on a daily basis – and it’s a meal replacement. 

Some of the first benefits I experience are:

Increased energy, weight loss, immune system builder – during the winter months I normally have a cold and even with a young child and I did not get sick during this time.  I know it helped to improve my immune system and keep me healthy during those months.

What’s in Shakeology?

There’s 70 natural whole food sources derived from all over the world.  Some of the things you’ll find in there are spirulina, wheat grass, acai, goji berry, spinach, maca root, organic pea and rice protein and much more.  One thing I absolutely love is there is NO soy.  There’s absolutely no soy fillers or any other fillers that you’ll find in these other popular shakes and even the competitors of Shakeology.  That’s what I love about it – it’s made of all natural raw foods that are derived from sources that you’re never going to find in one healthy shake.

Why am I taking Shakeology?

Well, like many of you know, I was diagnosed MS eleven years ago and I’m just trying to live the healthiest life that I can and diet is a big part of that.  So when I came across Shakeology, my friend Chris introduced it to me, I was skeptical at first and thought it was expensive.  But then when I looked at the value of my health and how it’s a full meal replacement it was a no-brainer.  I take it in the morning and it sustains me all day long and I’m not hungry again until lunchtime. 

Would I recommend it?

100%. I would absolutely recommend Shakeology to anyone who wants to live a healthier life and have that healthy meal replacement that they can start their day with and focus to live a healthy life over time.  I personally take the Chocolate Vegan one as it’s both gluten-free and dairy-free, something that is important to me and my MS-diet.
