3 Inspiring People to Help You Get Through the Day

Do you need a pick-me-up? Flare-ups are depressing, and we’ve all had days when we just don’t know how to go on. That’s why I’ve compiled this list of 3 inspiring people to help you get through even the hardest days.

Robby Novak - Kid President

You have probably already heard of Kid President because a couple of his videos have been incredibly popular. He is an amazing young man who has osteogenesis imperfecta. He makes inspirational videos to help other people find hope. If you need something to help you get through, watch his Letter To a Person On His First Day Here. You’ll be surprised how insightful he is, and I guarantee you that his messages will remind you to be thankful for the small things in life. This kid makes me smile every time I’m feeling down.

Nick Vujicic

Nick is incredibly inspirational. He was born without limbs, and is a motivational speaker. Most of his childhood, he struggled with depression - attempting suicide at his lowest point. He now travels the world trying to help other people transform obstacles into opportunities. He teaches love and hope to the people he meets. He gave a TEDx talk which is a great place to start if you would like to learn more about him and his message.

Lizzie Valasquez

Lizzie is one of only 3 people in the world with her condition which is so rare that it remains undiagnosed. She suffered from intense bullying online, and now she is a motivational speaker and anti-bullying advocate. She has given multiple speeches and talks (including this TEDx talk) about beauty, bullying, and overcoming challenges. She posts a new video each week detailing her life, and is a great person to help you get through.

There are hundreds of inspiring people out there sharing their stories with others. As you deal with your MS symptoms, remember to find beauty in each day even when things are hard. And if you have a story that may help others, perhaps you can find the courage to share it with the world.

Which one of these three inspiring people is your favorite? Did we miss someone? Who helps you feel better when you are down?
