Gluten-Free AB&J

Original Recipe Yields 1 Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices gluten-free bread (like Ezekiel)
  • All natural fruit preserves
  • All natural almond butter

Directions:

1. Toast bread slices.

2. Put almond butter on one side and fruit preserves on other. Put slices together and enjoy with your favorite gluten-free chips.

I just found out I am a diabetic. Can I find gluten free recipes that are also sugar free? I have always heard about gluten free, but really do not know what it is. Would be interested in any information.
