MS Living Symptom Free

Welcome to MSLivingSymptomFree.com, a website dedicated to helping others battling with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). If you or someone you know is battling with MS, you know that the battle is not easy and some days it seems impossible. I hope that I can bring some inspiration and insight into you or you loved one's life to show you that although it may be a difficult journey, living a happy and healthy life with MS is possible!

In addition to my book, MS Living Symptom Free, set to release this August, I look forward to sharing my stories and MS-friendly recipes online.

Stay connected and ask questions. I wish to inspire others suffering with this debilitating disease to achieve the unthinkable!

"Without inspiration the best powers of the mind remain dormant. There is a fuel in us which needs to be ignited with sparks." - Johann Gottfried Von Herder

Hi Mary, the economy is definitely tough these especially for people like us who have special needs and medical bills. Visit my Facebook page though (www.facebook.com/MSSymptomFree) where I share inspiration and advice. There is also a strong support community growing there now that you can also reach out to.

I also have interested readers who have told me they have requested their local libraries get copies of my book! Hope this helps.
