What Do MitoQ Supplements Do To Improve Your Health?

I talk a lot about MitoQ supplements on this blog because they have made such a huge difference in my health. Read on to learn what the various MitoQ supplements do to improve your health.

MitoQ

You’ve probably heard of CoQ10 (ubiquinone or ubiquinol), a coenzyme that occurs naturally in the body and starts to decline in your 30s. This deficiency can lead to all kinds of heart, liver, neurological, and immune issues. Unfortunately, most CoQ10 supplements don’t even reach the mitochondria of the cells. MitoQ is a patented antioxidant that targets the mitochondria - the powerhouse of your cells - acting as an antioxidant reservoir to reduce damage from excess free radicals to your DNA and cell membranes.

MitoQ+Curcumin

This is the MitoQ supplement I take. In addition to the MitoQ, it contains Curcumin, a powerful ingredient that helps your immune system heal the damage caused by mitochondrial dysfunction. MitoQ+Curcumin is particularly helpful in brain health issues that are caused or made worse by an unbalanced immune system - like MS. Both active ingredients in this supplement have been shown to cross the blood brain barrier unlike most of the supplements available on the market. It also helps support digestive health. This supplement has had a tremendous effect on my ability to live MS symptom free, and I would recommend it as a good starting place for MitoQ supplementation if you have MS. The following are additional blends of MitoQ available for specific needs.

MitoQ+GLME

This supplement provides joint and breathing support in addition to the benefits of MitoQ. Research shows that GLME supports normal joint function and mobility and helps maintain healthy airways and breathing passageways. GLME has also been shown to support low levels of leukotrienes. MitoQ+GLME is helpful for those with mobility issues or trouble breathing.

MitoQ Liver

In addition to MitoQ, MitoQ Liver contains Siliphos Milk Thistle, selenium, and choline. Siliphos Milk Thistle is complexed with phospholipids to improve its absorption several times over standard milk thistle extract. These powerful supplements support liver health.

MitoQ Heart

MitoQ is great for the heart, especially when combined with other heart-supporting supplements like L-Carnitine, Magnesium, and Vitamin D. MitoQ Heart is a ground-breaking formula for heart and circulatory support and may be suitable for people who have been prescribed statins.

MitoQ Blood Sugar

Unbalanced blood sugar levels can damage the cells and mitochondria, leading to significant health issues across numerous organs. MitoQ Blood Sugar protects key organs and supports peripheral nerve and circulatory health. It was designed to support natural sugar metabolism, normal insulin levels, weight management, and organ function.

Each MitoQ supplement is unique, and choosing the right one may be difficult. Still not sure which one you should take? Find out which MitoQ supplement is right for you.
