Fresh Fruit Protein Smoothie

Recipe yields 4 cups

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh fruit (organic blueberries, strawberries, bananas, pineapple, etc...)

1 cup almond milk (you may also use rice or hemp milk)

1 scoop hemp or brown rice protein powder

4 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Combine milk, fresh fruit, protein powder, and ice cubes in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.
